Well, it’s official. I’ve finally reached that stage in my pregnancy where I can no longer hide the fact that I’m pregnant. My bump is popped, and I’ve said ‘goodbye’ to my waist.
So fare thee well sweet, gentle waist. I know we didn’t spend much time together, what with us only having rekindled our relationship in the last couple of years – but while our time together was short, it was wonderful and I’ll always remember it.
Perhaps one day, in the not too distant future, we’ll meet again. Until then, I’ll take pleasure in the fact that your loss has come with the amazing benefit of new life growing inside – a most welcome change, if I do say so.
