Quick and easy air-fried asparagus

I can’t believe the amount of traffic that comes to the site via my recipe for easy air-fried broccoli, so I just knew I had to air-fry some more delicious veggies for everyone. And, thanks to my NEW Philips Digital Airfryer, that task was even simpler. I’m going to have a full review up on the blog very very shortly for the new airfryer model, but in the meantime, here is a delicious recipe for one of my most favourite vegetables! And, asparagus will soon be coming into season — win-win!

Quick and easy air-fried asparagus

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Wash asparagus and remove the hard, woody ends. Cut the spears in half, toss with olive oil, and then place in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375 for 9 minutes. Eat topped with all the pink salt. 😍 You can shake the asparagus half-way through cooking, but I actually found I prefer it without a midpoint shake. That’s it! Super quick, healthy, hands-off roasted asparagus in the air fryer.

    • Hi May — I think frozen asparagus would be too wet as it defrosted and wouldn’t be good in the air fryer for that reason. Let me know how it goes if you do try it!
